A Mother's Worst Nightmare!

We all know that dating a person who has a child and/or children can have difficult and delightful moments. Sometimes drama may arise when the parent's decide to move on and date other people and the children get stuck in the middle. No matter what, a child should never fall victim to mental, emotional, nor physical abuse by the parent nor the parent's partners. Well, this is not the case of Bella Fontenelle, age 6yrs, who was strangled and had blunt force trauma that was caused by her father's girlfriend, Hannah Landon (aka Bunnak Landon, aka Bunnak Lim), age 43. According to NBC News, Hannah Landon, who is a resident of New Orleans, can be seen via her neighbor's security cameras, pulling a wagon with a bucket in it for a few blocks, until she stopped at the house of Bella's mother! When Hannah got to the mother's home, she can be seen leaving the bucket in the front yard and walking away! A search for Bella was completed by the New Orleans Police after Bella's father reported Bella and Hannah missing early Wednesday (April 26th) morning. Police later discovered Bella inside the bucket that was left on her mother's front lawn! Please keep this family in your thoughts…

Energy At Funerals

  Family, family, family! It is always sad to attend a funeral, no matter who the person is. There are always mixed emotions of those who attend, but the one common emotion that people will share during such a sad time is grief.  Take for instance our melanite brother who was attending his brother's funeral, along with his other four siblings in the NOLA. Now, the back story to this family is that the family (siblings) had lost their mother at a young age, and the oldest sister became their guardian. Any who, at the funeral must have been sky high because the brother lost it, I mean mentally and emotionally, he completely lost it, by attacking two of his sisters! The suspect was placed under arrest! The aftermath included the shooting of both of his sisters, placing one in a coma, but he also un-alived his second sister during the brutal attack.

Parents Corner - What Say You?

  Parents, what do you do when your child tells you that someone has molested and/or violated them? Does the child age matter? Do you dismiss your child's words? What if your child has always fabricated stories...would this play into how you accept or deny the allegations? Well, for a 24yr old young lady, she expressed to her mother that not only her father, but her brother(s) as well had molested her during one point in the girl's younger years. The mother of the 24yr old, does not believe her daughter and is against the daughter receiving "special services" (i.e. therapy, counseling, etc.). As a parent, tell us your thoughts below as we would love to hear how you would approach this situation with your child!

Does our Future Require AI?

    Social Media has turned the general population onto the wonders of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The music and film industry is notorious for using AI, but China has taken AI to another level! Take for instance students in China using AI in primary classrooms! One would think that yes, a classroom is a controlled environment, but these students are monitored via AI headbands that track their focus/concentration levels and the data is sent to parents and teachers. Talk about Pressure!! There is no surprise that China is trying to be the global leader of AI by already having a cashless system (paying for products via face recognition), police surveillance system using face recognition (for safety of course, 😉), and the list goes on. But what happens when AI is not controlled and is used by predators in your community? AI has the ability to mock a person's voice and that voice be used for pure deception against young children. Not only that, AI can be used to unlock smart doors, call people's homes to speak to children, to play pranks on parents about child abduction!! Again, what extremes creep around the corner when using AI? Well, not far enough according to Elon Musk's girlfriend, Claire Boucher. According to USA Today, Boucher, also known as Grimes, took to Tik Tok to propose that AI could be used to implement a communist economy!! WTF! Last time that I checked, communism never ended so good for the citizens! 

Hotels & What Lies Beyond Walls

   Now look cousins, we all like to travel and stay at decent hotels that provide comfortable bedding, clean rooms, lots of amenities, and free breakfast! But when you visit a hotel, do you ever wonder what lurks behind closet doors, cabinets, mirrors, etc.? Most would agree that when they book and visit hotels, the last thing on their mind is to investigate what is "really beyond a wall and/or closet." Well, our panel brought to our attention that people should be aware of secret passage ways and double sided mirrors that are commonly built in hotels (motels). Many hotels may be spying on you and your family! Not only that, secret passage ways in hotels are most likely used for human trafficking. If you plan to travel this summer, or any time of the year, please always be mindful of your surroundings and keep your children supervised at all times! My Melanite Skin I'm In    

Baby listen, there is nothing more powerful or beautiful than a melanite black woman or man. The black race, the original human race, is the only race that can create over fifteen shades of skin complexions! The black community is rich in culture from fashion, hair styles, music, sports, education, entrepreneurship, and technology. So this brings us into our next topic of a Latino woman, who in appearance resembles a Genome woman, who on her Tik Tok page teaches things about elegance. For those of who do not know, elegance is "the quality of being graceful and stylish in appearance or manner, style." But  for Tik Tok(er) Amira Bessette elegance is a pure fashion statement, and one of her videos has received mixed reviews as she can be seen stating that bantu knots, afro puffs, hair designs with materials such as cloth are not of elegance! Child what you say! 😒 Yes ma'am. The TikToker had the audacity to state that many of the classic black woman hairstyles is not elegant and should not be worn!  As news of human trafficking gets worse every year, we are always faced with the disgusting news of organizations, secret societies, and older men purchasing young girls and boys and having sexual relationships them. But imagine being a young kid and witnessing your parent have a girlfriend who is only twelve years old! Yes, that's right... twelve! According to rapper Paul Wall, he took to social media telling the world that he remembers his father dating a twelve year old girl, when he in fact was only age five. The rapper goes on to say, or rather present the question, "who do you tell, what do you say, when you are only five years old yourself?" As shocking as this may sound, it is very sad that human trafficking is taking place right in front of our eyes. Deadbeat Brings the Heat

 What if your parent was a known celebrity and had got on social media being proud and showing love to his or her step children, and never acknowledged you and/or your siblings? What if that parent was glorifying the step-child(ren) and when you or your siblings were spoken about, your parent only gestured at the fact of how (in so many ways) disappointed they were with you and your siblings? Well, this is what celebrity and world known singer Brian McNight did. The R&B singer took to social media (on his IG page) and posted a picture and a statement of how proud he was of his step daughter. Now, Brian has other children from his previous marriage of whom he was married to a melanite woman. He is now married to a genome woman and appears to be showing more "love" to her children than his biological children! What say you cousins? How would you respond if this is was your parent?
